Why Alfresco Seat exists
Alfresco Seat (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) was set up to solve one recurring problem: restaurant and hotel operators were putting indoor thinking outdoors. Booths with chipboard seat boxes on patios, steel chairs on beachfronts, foam that held water for days. Outdoor seating earns real money for most venues for half the year or more, yet it was usually specified last and replaced first.
This line focuses only on furniture that lives outside: drainable outdoor booths, streetery and curbside systems, powder-coated aluminum and rope chairs, and patio tables. Each design starts from how it fails in sun, salt, rain and wind, and from how staff actually handle it at closing time.
How we work
We are a manufacturer, not a reseller. You send a plan and a brief; we return a layout, a specification and a quote. Every custom piece is drawn and approved before production, and we make a pre-production sample when you want to see the build quality first. Sizes, colors, fabrics, foam and hardware are chosen per project, and we tell you plainly where an upgrade (fluoropolymer coating, 316 stainless) is worth paying for and where it is not.
The factory
Production is at EASEN's own base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong, China. Lecong is the world's largest furniture trading hub, which means frame tubing, coatings, outdoor cord and fabric suppliers are all within a short drive. That proximity is what lets us make custom lengths and colors at contract volumes. We do not operate a US or EU warehouse; furniture is made to order and shipped by sea on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
We will not pretend otherwise, and we do not need to. Factory-direct means you talk to the people building your furniture, you approve real drawings, and you are not paying for stock sitting in someone else's warehouse.
Who it is for
- Restaurant groups adding or rebuilding patios and courtyards
- Hotels and resorts furnishing terraces, pool decks and rooftop bars
- Operators in city streetery and sidewalk dining programs
- Architects, designers and contractors who need a manufacturer that works from drawings
Experience behind the line
EASEN's wider work in hospitality includes a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Those projects shaped how we manage drawings, samples and installation for complete venues; Alfresco Seat applies the same process to outdoor spaces.
