Infrared heaters are standard kit for patios that want to trade into autumn, but they are usually an afterthought: brackets bolted wherever possible and a cable run across the floor. The Hearth-Ready builds the infrastructure into the booth. Two 300 × 300 mm (12 × 12 in) mounting plates with corner fixing holes sit on the back of the booth, a 60 mm cable raceway with a removable cover runs down to the base, and an IP65-rated junction box with a gasketed screw cap is set into the side of the plinth.
We supply the furniture; we do not supply heaters or electrical work. Your electrician selects the heater, confirms its weight against the mounting plate rating and makes the final connection to local code. Send us the heater model at drawing stage and we will position the plates to its bracket pattern and recommended clearances.
Why build it in. Retrofitting heaters later usually means drilling through finished coatings, which opens a path for corrosion, and running temporary cables that become trip hazards. Planning the plates and raceway at drawing stage keeps the coating intact and the cabling hidden. The booth body itself uses our drained seat deck, aluminum frame and quick-dry cushions, so it performs as a normal outdoor booth in summer when heaters are switched off or removed.
